Qigong Mind Body Workouts are energy-based, low-impact movement practices designed to reduce stress, chronic pain and restore health + balance + flow to the body and overall well-being. Private Sessions (50- 60 minutes) include brief check-ins, health goals and training instruction.
*Four sessions are highly recommended (2x a week throughout a 4-week period is encouraged) to learn and refine the practice and maximize health benefits.
